One-Time Task — Do This This Week
Your personal affirmation and identity document.
Open Claude or ChatGPT and ask it to write you a daily affirmation document — "Alchemy of Self" — based on who you are becoming. Include: your vision for your physique, your business, your income, your lifestyle and your identity. Write it in present tense as if it is already true. Read this every single morning. This is not a nice-to-have. This is part of the programme.
